How It Works
Planning ahead should be simple and reassuring. Here’s what to expect when you work with Eulonique.
1. Get in Touch
Contact us for a free initial phone call to discuss your needs and how we can help. We’ll answer any questions and guide you on the next steps.
2. Complete a Short Questionnaire
Before our consultation, you’ll receive a short questionnaire to help us understand your story, values and wishes. This ensures we have a clear starting point and can make the most of our time together.
3. Consultation
Once we have your questionnaire, we’ll schedule a one-hour consultation via phone, video call or email exchange. This is an opportunity to explore your thoughts in more depth, refine details and discuss the tone and style you’d like for your eulogy. If needed, we can provide sample eulogies or services to guide your choices.
If you’d like to include favourite readings or music in your farewell, we can help you select meaningful pieces that reflect your life and values. We’ll discuss whether you’d like specific people to read certain passages or if you’d prefer your words to be spoken by whoever feels comfortable when the time comes.
4. Writing & Review
You decide the tone of your eulogy, the content for which is professionally crafted based on your input. You’ll have the opportunity to review it, and we’ll refine it until it feels just right. If you’ve chosen a plan that includes Legacy Letters, we’ll work with you to craft personal messages for loved ones, ensuring your words are preserved for future generations.
5. Private Access & Storage
Your final eulogy is delivered in a formatted, ready-to-use document. If you choose digital storage, you’ll have the option to grant access to a trusted person, ensuring your documents are available when needed.
If you’ve chosen to document preferred readings or music, these will be included alongside your eulogy for ease of reference.
6. Updates & Finalisation
If you’ve chosen the Living Legacy or Everlasting Tribute plans, your eulogy will be updated as needed to reflect any changes in your life.
If you’ve opted for a one-time service, your eulogy is yours to keep, update, and share with loved ones when the time comes.
If your plan includes Legacy Letters, these can also be updated as part of your plan.
Timelines for completion will be agreed upon individually, ensuring the process meets your needs.
7. Optional Printed Copy
Each plan includes a professionally printed copy (if you wish), sent directly to you for safekeeping. This includes UK addresses only.
